Training Plan- check

I woke up before my cycling class and planned my 2012 training calendar- Looks like blastoff date is Mid-February.  Perrrrfect!  It's in pen and is for an Olympic Tri with a half marathon 2 months before. No worries, Matt doesn't read the blog...at least I don't think.

Until then, I am getting trained to instruct Indo-Row.  I'm so excited about this. 

If you haven't tried this, run don't walk- it's an amazing workout.  I combine it with 20 minutes of Pilates.  You can bring a partner with you and race in teams.  This isn't your old fashioned metal propeller fan...it's great for cross training, works every muscle from the shoulders to the calves and burns more calories than an elliptical.
